Our team hails from a diverse set of backgrounds, and cumulatively has decades of experience building self-driving vehicles, electric vehicles, manufacturing robots, surgical robots, autonomous drones, underwater robots, and more. Job Scope

You will be responsible for enabling self-driving vehicles to perform complex tasks. Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in software engineering projects.  

Responsibilities

Assess project feasibility, and review project design changes. Participate in engineering recruiting efforts. Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work. Supervise the design and implementation of software to process and interpret signals and sensor data and software to control a mobile robot. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing expense reports, enforcing rules, perform space requirements analysis, and assist with purchasing. Assist in the development of the company's intellectual portfolio and patent filing process. Familiar with all aspects of self-driving vehicle software, including machine learning, camera calibration, mapping and localization, motion planning, sensor fusion, embedded firmware, 3D visualization, and real-time software systems.
