About the Role

Feast & Fettle is looking to add an experienced full-stack developer to build our tech team. This will be the first internal tech hire and we intend to quickly grow the team. There is substantial opportunity for ownership, growth, and significant contribution.

We've built a custom platform in-house with the support of an agency partner, and have now hit the scale that allows us to bring on our first internal technical hire. We're looking for a full-stack developer that's excited to join us during this exciting period of substantial, sustainable growth. You will lead all things development and shape our long-term tech strategy. You'll report directly to our CEO and work with the support of our agency partner, with the goal of building your own internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Has professional experience building with Elixir, React, and Postgres (or experience with Ruby on Rails and an interest in Elixir)

• Able to establish best practices for mid-to-large sized application codebases.

• Experience building and managing products from 0-1 that scale to thousands of users.

• Experience building consumer-facing products that delight users.

• Track record of at least 5-7 years in challenging full-stack engineering roles within startup environments.

• Able to make thoughtful trade-offs between long-term architecture needs and short-term launches.

• Resilient in a fast-paced, scrappy, changing environment.

• Strong, business-minded communicator.

During Your First Few Months:

• You’ll commit code on day one.

• You’ll collaborate closely with our existing agency partner to deliver features that improve our customer experience, streamline operations for our kitchen staff, and optimize our delivery operations.

• You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO from concept to implement of growth features, enhance conversion, drive adoption, and improve overall CX.

Salary & Benefits:

The starting salary for this position will be between $100,000 to $120,000+ annually as well as a generous equity award. Also, all your meals (and we mean all) will be on us. You and your family will receive your own weekly meal plan. We offer unlimited PTO.
