With this fast-paced, synergetic group, you’ll be working together and across the organization to ensure customer success all while continuing to build a product that protects their dearest assets.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build from the ground-up a world-class engineering organization with two primary missions-- Observability & Tooling and Infrastructure Automation.

  • Lead the design and implementation of teams, processes and tools that enable SBU product engineering teams to:

    • Consume a extensible and scalable infrastructure automation platform which enforces all needed governance and consistent operational models.

    • Consume an extensible and scalable instrumentation platform which provides a full suite of visibility in support of all needed metrics and KPI, troubleshooting and other engineering needs.

  • Provide leadership for all initiatives keeping all compliance, security and regulatory needs satisfied.

  • Ensure architectural oversight for the infrastructure tooling and observability services provided are well-documented, understood and have a properly managed feature and defect backlogs.

  • Ensure objectives and metrics for testing and delivery are identified, measured and reported to stakeholders on a regular and effective cadence.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing AWS infrastructure

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with systems engineering and software development

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing engineering teams

  • Solid understanding/experience of containerization services such as Docker/Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of open source tools such as Kafka, Terraform, Spinnaker, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch

  • Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead discussions; expert documentation skills

  • Proficient in creating and building processes

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level SaaS environment

  • Regulatory experience a plus
