We are seeking a talented, motivated DFT engineer to contribute to the next-generation artificial intelligence computing architecture alongside a team of world-class scientists and engineers.

In this role, you will help define and implement DFT solutions for our integrated electronics/photonics devices. This includes novel techniques for area-efficient MBIST, analog component test, photonic component test, and traditional ATPG/BSCAN integration.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on new chip/module/system-level DFT solutions for our highly integrated photonics-based AI platform
  • Develop and deploy DFT methodologies for our next generation products
  • Provide solutions for integrated electronics/analog/digital/photonic test
  • Work with RTL designers on front-end integration
  • Work with physical-design engineers to provide backend integration

Requirements

  • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering (or other related fields)
  • At least 3 years of industry experience working on DFT-related activities for advanced ASIC designs
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with standard CAD tools
  • Experience in Python, TCL or other scripting environments
  • Experience in both ASIC and semi-custom COT flow
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and practices in DFT, including JTAG/BSCAN, at-speed Scan-ATPG, and MBIST
  • Highly competent in debugging ATPG patterns and MBIST setup/patterns either in simulation or post-silicon
