MedTouch seeks Development Team Manager in Somerville, MA.
SOC: 11-3021.00 - Computer and Information Systems Managers
Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, oversight, and resource planning. Serve as a trusted point of escalation by triaging and acting as a sounding board for complex Sitecore and other development-oriented issues. Identify new development opportunities and offerings that our team can offer our clients. Recognize and work to proactively solve common client problems as well as identify the root cause in an effort to prevent future problems. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Technology to build and roll-out key process improvements. Participate in and organize code reviews to ensure quality of delivery as well as growth of the team. If needed, function as a technical lead or sponsor on projects, as needed. Hold the development team to the principles of good software development and best practices. Contribute to MedTouch culture and ethos.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience. Experience with .NET development. Experience with software development and programming with other languages including CSS, Javascript, and C#. Experience with web development and programming. Experience with Sitecore or other Content Management System (CMS) development. Experience with team leadership.
40+ hours/week. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
$128,600 annual wage offered.
