The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all online presence and engagement for Iora Health. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, this role will work closely with the Sales and go-to-market teams to support local patient enrollment plan. They will also partner directly with the Marketing & Communications team to integrate and support greater marketing plans.

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with significant digital and multimedia experience and who would like to play a key role in a high growth, innovative healthcare company. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Manage one digital marketer
  • Manage budget and agency partner - deliver optimized results; manage digital agency and digital spend
  • Be programmatic leader for digital efforts which recruit new patients and engage existing patients
  • Work across marketing team, in particular with Manager of Regional Marketing, to ensure integrated efforts
  • Manage ecosystem built around digital channels, including owned, paid and earned media, and work with Marketing leadership on ensuring a comprehensive and effective plan
  • Establish digital KPI and manage programs to lower cost per acquisition while improving conversion rates
  • Establish, track and report on online metrics and business outcomes with Data
  • Execute email nurture and marketing automation programs where applicable
  • Collaborative planner, develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Charged with optimizing marketing planning and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Consultant-like - work across Marketing and partner with Sales and go-to-market teams in regions to improve programs and processes
  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights that drive evolution of our investments accountable for hitting growth targets.
  • Develop, test and target approaches that consistently adjust programs to preferred result
  • Monitor relevant industry trends in digital space to ensure updates and practices are in line with evolving technical standards
  • Inform and support research and insights work, led by VP

Qualifications

  • Six + years relevant digital experience
  • Experience in consumer marketing a must
  • Knowledgeable content marketer, experienced in paid search, social media (organic and paid), SEO and email marketing strategies and tactics - partner with Director of PR & Comms in SEO and social media strategies.
  • Familiar with brand guidelines, social media strategies and best practices.
  • New technology friend
  • Analytical/Financial background; comfort with data analytics and familiar with methods to evaluate success of marketing investment with empirical data
  • Analytical/Engineering background - Familiarity with tools used to evaluate marketing and web effectiveness, like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Demonstrated experience applying test methodologies to marketing efforts.
  • Must have curiosity, passion for excellence and be able to ask the right questions.

Tools and skills:

  • Experienced in CRM systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools like Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Familiar with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook power editor/ad manager, Adwords, Bing Ads, as well as analytics tool like Google Analytics
  • Experienced in email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp
  • Familiar with website management tool like Wordpress. Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS. Understanding Javascript is preferred.
