UX Product Designer (Mobile Team)
About the office and the team:
At Quickbase, we believe that exceptional employees, treated well, are the key to our success. Our teams are small, nimble, and highly empowered to drive product excellence. Each team has its own commitments and outcomes. They savor the surprises and learn fast so that they can be better tomorrow than they are today.
Why should you join the Quickbase UX team?
Our product has a twenty-year history, and our customers love it! Designing for a platform that so many are passionate about is exciting and empowering. With so many features, Quickbase offers endless opportunities to improve our user experience, so there's never a dull moment for our designers.
We collaborate, not just with each other, but with developers and product managers who understand why user-centered design matters. We can resolve debates by mining our own analytics. Most importantly, we can make informed decisions by talking with customers-whose use cases are often surprising.
We learn and grow as designers, by tackling complex design problems together. You will be asked to dig deep in your UX toolkit while keeping in mind different users, and endless use cases, to create clean and modern interfaces. The UX group is a fun community that shares experience and advice. All designers' voices are heard, and all designers have opportunities to make a huge impact on our product's success.
The low/no-code space is growing fast and our UX team is in the heart of it!
If you enjoy diving into complex design problems and collaborating with a team to create modern, intuitive designs, we'd love to talk with you!
