UX Manager
As the UX Manager, you will lead new and existing feature development in North America, and will have a material impact on Bullhorn is today and becomes tomorrow. While leading and growing a talented team, you will serve as a liaison between the Product, Analytics and Tech organizations to build best in breed User Experience for Bullhorn. The successful candidate will utilize their impressive experience to keep Bullhorn at the forefront of modern usability design on all platforms.
As a UX Manager, a typical day might include:
Helping to define and integrate best practices and standards related to UX / IA across platforms for the Bullhorn product
Overseeing and providing leadership in the development of product focused UX: usefulness, usability, IA, user journeys, edge casing, visual design, and branding
Overseeing the development of the North American user experience team’s careers
Using your technical ability to document designs in scenarios, workflows, site architectures, interaction, user journeys, sitemaps, process/screen flows, and wireframes
This job might be for you if:
Measurable impact leading UX teams in creating interfaces for SaaS systems, native mobile apps, and other applications
5+ years of successful experience in customer focused conversion and engagement
2+ years of leading UX Designers or Researcher
Proven leadership across disciplines at a digital B2B company
Ability to inspire a team of UX Designers and manage their career growth and trajectory
Ability to easily prioritize and organize large volumes of projects
Is comfortable presenting their work to a large audience
Bonus points for:
Experience in a SaaS UX Environment
Experience working with Recruiting, HR of Billing Software
Design and/or operationalization of a design system
