This position is responsible for end-to-end program development of digital experience including app and web. Collaborates across functions and all product lines to drive consumer insight generation; category SWOT; strategy/proposition development as well as concept and experience design. This role will focus on designing and enhancing core digital experiences across all customer channels to deliver business growth, reduce costs and improve experience. This position lead strategies with both internal stakeholders as well as client partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design innovative Digital customer-centered programs, initiatives, APIs and SDKs through best-in-class processes
- Insure unified design across all products, inclusive of Agero.com, Blink, Agero Support
- Lead the development of a proactive, high-impact and innovative product management strategy with a strong focus on delivering a compelling, differentiated digital and end-user experience that translates seamlessly across devices
- Research and provide analysis on emerging trends and deliver next-steps to either act now or build for the future
- Define detailed product requirements, including business/consumer needs and functional annotated wireframes to ensure desired experience is agreed upfront with sufficient detail for full delivery
- Lead and define product requirements by analyzing and gathering input from various business and customer stakeholders. Create and define products that are valuable, usable, and feasible by:
- Gathering input from a variety of internal and external sources
- Justifying development initiatives and expenditures
- Analyzing competitors and market trends
- Evaluating technologies
- Defining success metrics
- Champion data driven decisions and web reporting metric tools
- Manage team of digital producers and UX designers
Requirements
BA or BS required, MBA preferred. 6 years Digital experience in UX design/strategy with a focus on product development . Proven ability to manage development and bring to market consumer-oriented new digital products, services, and/or experiences. Familiarity with prototype based language such as Java and responsive web design and mobile responsive design. Experience with proven results working across various e-commerce, iOS, Android and Windows platforms. Experience in the service industry with comfort interfacing with clients in a B2B environment. Effective in driving successful cross-functional initiatives. Strategic thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriate process decisions/ recommendations. Understands how UX and Content Strategy need to come together for an optimal experience. Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities. Resourceful and able to independently utilize necessary resources to complete projects with minimal required supervision. Exceptional ability to prioritize and apply problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and achieve results working with seasoned multifunctional teams. Effective communicator at all levels of the organization ranging from front-line employees to enterprise officers. Excellent organization and time management skills Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, collaborative, proactive and flexible. Some travel may be required.
