Job Description
As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be engaging with customers to drive implementation and adoption and ensure our customers' success.
The product designer will work closely with product management, engineering and delivery teams to design products and features core to Interaction's conversational AI platform. The Product Designer will be involved throughout the product development lifecycle, often beginning with prototypes, user testing and iterating to arrive at fit and finish designs. The Product Designer will have a high level of user empathy and comfort designing within new paradigms involving human / AI interactions.
Job Responsibilities

• Employ design thinking to create sketches, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity comps to communicate product vision to internal and external partners.
• Work as a member of agile development team(s), attending daily standups and working with Product Management on story related designs utilized to develop capabilities.
• Represent the user(s) through interaction designs that support multiple needs and contexts.
• Conduct design reviews with senior leadership to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with other design leads to ensure consistency and coherence across Interaction's products.
• Proactively drive the product from conception to implementation
• Anticipate challenges that may arise and address proactively to minimize impact to launch
• Work collaboratively within the team so that everyone is successful

Qualifications Required

• 5+ years designing and launching software products and features
• Experience with the product development process, from problem solving and interaction design, through to detailed UI and visual design

Preferred

• Bachelors degree in Product Management or similar field
