We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design and develop world-class user interfaces and experiences based on iterative design, testing, and user research. The Senior Product Designer will be an expert at designing consumer-facing digital products across multiple platforms including Apps. They will also bring a deep understanding of ideation, prototyping, testing, design frameworks, and concept visualization. The Product Development team, consisting of Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers, leads the user experience and design for the Jobcase platform. 

What you'll be doing here:

  • Collaborating daily with various stakeholders including the creative team, product team, user research team, and technology team in crafting intuitive and shippable product experience, leverage the Jobcase UX design standards and industry best practices.
  • Producing design deliverables utilizing Figma and other prototyping tools
  • Detailed site maps, user flows/task flows, page flows, etc. 
  • Wireframes, annotations, and prototypes that represent interaction recommendations 
  • Detailed visuals/mocks ups
  • Mentoring other product designers on the team and taking ownership of high level, team-wide product design initiatives.
  • Contributing to and helping maintain our evolving design system and methodology with new ideas, best practices, and other learnings from various user experience groups and resources.
  • They will also conduct their own user research and will be responsible for setting up usability tests, exploratory interviews, design surveys, and preference tests.

About you and your skills:

  • 5+ years of related UX and visual design experience designing end-to-end software products that have shipped across multiple platforms (Web, Android, iOS, emails)
  • Have contributed as a leader and is also a strong collaborator with product managers and engineers
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and ability to balance customer needs with business goals in developing solutions
  • Strong understanding of atomic design patterns across varied delivery platforms (application, web, and mobile)
  • Knowledge working across a range of product design-related concentrations, including user research, complex user flows, usability testing, interaction design, visual/UI design, and interactive prototyping
  • Experience using interactive prototypes to mock-up, test, and refine ideas/hypothesis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences
  • Proficient knowledge of Figma, Invision, Principle, Axure, Framer, and Invision Studio and other prototyping tools
  • Proficient knowledge in software like Usertesting.com, UsabilityHub, and Optimal Workshop
  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating your software design experience, breadth, and ambitions
