WHOOP is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager with enterprise and mobile experience to oversee the design across 3 pillars. In particular, you will focus on the rapidly growing WHOOP Enterprise team which involves new product development, enabling exclusive partnerships, and building infrastructure-related facilities such as an API offering. In addition to driving strategy forward across teams, you will be responsible for managing and coaching designers who are responsible for high quality designs and shipping high impact features.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Product and executive leadership to establish a strong design strategy across the enterprise, support, and integration products with clear success criteria for the teams
• Collaborate and ideate cross-functionally with strategic partners to enable product experiences in and outside of WHOOP 
• Establish clear design processes that will enable you to maintain a high design quality bar across mobile and web
• Drive group to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of design work
• Hire and retain top design talent
• Directly manage a team of designers, provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure consistent quality across the entire group

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years designing and scaling digital products
• 3+ years leading a design team
• Expertise owning the entire product design process and a history of launching major features from start to finish
• A portfolio showing a proven track record of shipping impactful, consumer-facing product designs
• Service design experience in an innovative and extremely fast-paced environment
• Passion for the fitness and wellness space
• Experience building B2B solutions and working cross functionally with business development teams (preferred)
• Familiarity with building products in highly regulated industries (preferred)
