The Production Design Manager is responsible for all aspects of the production design process through strategic planning to executing. You will effectively manage the production design process to ensure campaign and seasonal creatives are translated accurately in a timely fashion.
What you’ll do as a Production Design Manager:
 Under the management and mentorship of creative leadership, develop an in-depth understanding of the DraftKings brand, products, sales, and marketing strategies.
Work closely with Senior Design Manager and Creative Ops team to set standards of execution for designs that meet and exceed objectives.
Manage Production Design Supervisor and Production Designers, and monitor their daily workload for quality assurance and timeliness.
Assure all creative is properly archived in DAM system.
Work closely with Strategic Partnerships and Business Development teams on reviewing and structuring partnership assets for creative usage.
What skills you will use:
3-5 years of experience in a related role.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Comfortable and confident in making effective decisions in a timely manner.
Passionate self-starter with high-level of initiative, strong sense of ownership, and a disciplined approach to quality and its effect on the intended audience.
Avid sports fan and fantasy sports enthusiast is a plus.
