About the Role:

Teikametrics is looking for a highly creative, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Designer. We are seeking a strong team player with a highly collaborative work style who can work with internal and external teams comfortably and efficiently. This role is for someone confident & fast in navigating the Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch. We're looking for someone with strong design skills in both the print and digital space. Someone proficient, can switch styles on the go, have a keen eye for detail, and is a fast learner. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist design and marketing team in creating marketing & sales assets, primarily social media, PPC banners, and blog/ebook/webinar content. Occasionally include print collaterals, conference booths, swag, landing pages, presentation slides, brand style guides, etc.

• Take responsibility to ensure fast on-time delivery of the highest quality product.

• Work cross-functionally as well as collaborate with internal and external teams.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of real-world experience
• A portfolio of work
• Fluent use of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator)
• Work towards tight deadlines and multiple projects whilst producing a high standard of work
• Exhibits a spirit of collaboration, an entrepreneurial mindset focused on problem-solving
