How you will make an impact

• Shape the overall vision and direction of the Insurify brand personality and design language
• Oversee the design direction and execution from designers and various creatives (internally and externally) across product, web, social, and marketing campaigns
• Bring the highest level of design standards from best practices
• Partner with the Marketing and Product to align on goals, priorities, direction, and feedback
• Collaborate with product designers to develop scalable visual design systems that meet product and business goals (web & mobile)

What you need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience in a related field at a design/interactive agency or in-house team
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual and visual expertise
• Outstanding visual communication skills, creating compelling visual designs with consideration for illustration, typography, color, iconography, interaction, motion, and data visualization
• High-level of hands-on experience making the work, if needed.
• Experience coordinating, directing, and guiding the work of other designers as well as external vendors is a plus
