Junior Developer (Marketing)
Drift is looking for a Developer Designer to join the Marketing team.
We are a small, tight-knit, dynamic group of creators and makers and need someone who is eager to learn while collaborating on a variety of projects across media, digital, video, social, experiential and print. This is an ideal position for someone fresh out of school or recently so, looking to level up. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, and learn by working closely with all departments to conceive and execute exciting and engaging creative.

You have…
An excellent sense of current design trends
An energetic, engaged, collaborative and productive work style.
A knowledge of HTML5 (especially a knowledge of how and when to use semantic tags) and CSS3 (extra credit if familiar with CSS pre or post-processing)
A passion for SEO best practices
Some familiarity and understanding of popular CMSs
An ease navigating a Wordpress theme and figure out where to make required changes
A passion for best practices for visual communication online and off
Extra credit for knowledge of Git and version control
Great layout/composition skills

Interest in all functions of marketing: Visual design, Copywriting, Product marketing, Content, PR, Experiential, and how all of it comes together to create a world class brand and premium customer experience.
You have an energetic, engaged and productive work style.
What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll report directly to the Creative Director, Brand and be involved in design and development across everything we do as a marketing team.
Whether it is supporting our content team with blog images, infographics, and interactive content or working with the funnel team to create landing pages, ads, and experiences for social media or jumping into signage and swag for the events you’ll bring your insights and skill to bear on it all.
