The Role:


Thrasio is looking for its first analyst to support Marketing’s Traffic & Acquisition team. The right candidate will have 2-3 years of experience that can successfully deliver data driven analysis & recommendations across a portfolio of brands and media channels. You have successfully done everything from forecasting, to analyzing the impact of new channels, seasonality and shifts in direct response media spend. You have done this in a startup type, hyper growth focused, direct response environment and have a working knowledge of relevant and necessary industry tools. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive growth for Thrasio owned & operated direct to consumer brands through strategic analysis of media spend and channel mix
  • Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics projects & initiatives
  • Build a media spend forecasting program for both newly onboarded and existing Thrasio brands
  • Develop an attribution strategy that will help inform investment decisions at the channel level for brands
  •  Work with relevant stakeholders in Marketing and beyond to develop robust brand and channel level reporting that will enable quick decision making 
  • Serve as the Traffic & Acquisition team’s internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical & marketing measurement tools 
  • Evaluate and analyze new channel opportunities

What you bring to the party:

  • 1+ years of experience in analytics for a direct response brand or agency
  • Undergraduate degree in mathematics, analytics, economics
  • Experience working with teams executing multi-channel, direct response performance marketing campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL (Python and/or R studios is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of analytics around major search and social paid media platforms (primarily Facebook/Instagram & Google) and how they work together
  • The ability to work collaboratively and efficiently across a rapidly growing and evolving team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Amazon marketing a plus (not required)

Our office is about 15 miles southwest of Boston and is nestled between the commuter rail station, restaurants, town commons, and locally-owned shops.
