With the world’s largest selection of bookable experiences coupled with unparalleled traveler insights, we’re evolving the entire attractions industry. As Senior Manager, Researcher and Usability, you’ll work with a world-class team of designers, engineers, and product managers to develop innovative user experiences that will shape the industry’s pioneering products.

What You will Do: 

• Lead a team that incorporates and applies the User-Centered Design (UCD) process to deliver engaging solutions
• Define research objectives and methodologies to drive the product user experience
• Mentor team members to elevate and enhance research methodologies and execution
• Bring creativity and drive to the design research process

Who You Are:

• Minimum: BA/BS degree in Psychology, Communication, Statistics, or another related field.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in HCI/Computer Science or other behavioral or social sciences.
• Minimum five years of direct experience with user experience research methodologies such as card sorting, usability testing, customer interviews, journey mapping, task analysis, surveys, and focus groups.
• Experience with test method selection, participant recruiting management, online moderation, statistical/quantitative/qualitative analysis, and persona development.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design methods and best practices.
• Proactive attitude with strong project management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate research findings through written reports and in-person presentations.
• Experience conducting research within mobile environments (including smart phones, tablets, native apps, and mobile web).
• Ability to ask and answer meaningful and impactful questions.
• Working knowledge of Sketch, Axure, and Adobe Photoshop (preferred, but not essential).
