Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Data Quality and Continuous Improvement oversees data management, data quality and data analysis, leading to continuous program improvement. This position is responsible for all agency data tracking and reporting for internal and external users including private and public funders, investors, partners, JVS leadership and the Board of Directors. The Manager works directly with program leadership and agency staff to create effective data tracking, data validation, and report generation systems. The Manager is responsible for reporting on and communicating program and agency dashboards and outcomes against our stated metrics and leads the data analysis for the management team. They utilizes tools and strategies commonly used in a continuous quality improvement process that enables team members to assess and improve delivery, service and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS/BA is required, Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of reporting/contract management and supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database, including forms (Touchpoint, Assessment, and Point of Service) management and reporting preferred
  • Relational DBMS skills across multiple platforms (SQL and other query tools)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methods and statistical/data analysis
  • Knowledge of Process Improvement (as applied to data quality)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to consult, liaise and negotiate
  • Demonstrated data problem solving (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction), conceptual, analytical and decision making skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
