OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer in the Data Strategy and Execution Team, your primary responsibilities will include design, development, support and maintenance of our automated business intelligence products. You will Identify business requirements, design processes that leverage/adapt the business logic and regularly communicate with business stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
·Rapidly design, develop and implement reporting applications that insert KPI metrics and actionable insights into the operational, tactical and strategic activities of key business functions.
·Support development of logical and physical processes in data warehouse including creating tables, triggers, ETL and stored procedures and functions to support data needs of the BI reports.
·Perform routine testing of own and others work to guarantee accurate, complete processes that support business needs. Awareness and compliance with all organizational development standards, data dictionaries, industry best practices and business, security, privacy, and retention requirements.
·Routinely monitor performance, diagnose and implement tuning/optimization and work with team partners on the architecture and supporting data structure to guarantee high-performance, scalable reporting solutions.
·Partner with Product Owners and cross functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment
·Foster an environment of service design thinking, prototyping quick hitting solutions and high-value innovation opportunities for our functional partners.
·Document data flows and technical designs to ensure compliance with organization, business and security best practices.
·Regular evaluation of implemented tools for investment productivity and effectiveness. Continually assess functional capabilities vs. other tools in market and opportunities for enhancing existing or introducing new tools.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
·Degree in Data Engineering, Information Technology, CIS, CS, or related field or experience
·3-5 years of proven Business Intelligence Developer experience building and supporting Enterprise level Dashboards and Reporting solutions

·Logical Reasoning – Ability to interpret information and assess resources against business needs. Highly skilled at managing project workloads and priorities to meet deliverables.

·Technical Expertise - Highly proficient in data manipulation and analysis applications (i.e. SSIS,T-SQL, SQL Server, R, SAS, Tableau, etc.). Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
·Customer Focused – Personally demonstrated that both external and internal customers are a high priority by identifying and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
