As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Payfactors, you will be a primary driver in designing and delivering Payfactors’ data visualization, reports, and export offerings to our customers. The right individual for this role is a creative problem solver who has strong client consultation experience and is passionate about data visualization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Consult daily with enterprise level clients on complex reporting asks

Design and deliver custom visualizations, reports, and exports 

Maintain and update standard visualization, reporting, and export offerings 

Ensure we have a high rate of responsiveness to client request tickets with high satisfaction outcomes 

Participate in large sales deals and at-risk client calls as needed to provide expert feedback, increase understanding of client needs, and share options to solve challenges

Work with sales, services, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to ensure tools, technology, and process are meeting needs. 

Offer proactive feedback to BI leadership & stakeholders on improvement opportunities

Stay current on emerging trends in BI space and updates to technologies 

Mentor fellow BI Analysts on best practices 

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: 

8+ years Business Intelligence technology experience: Data Structures, quantitative analysis, data visualizations, etc. 

5+ years of client consultation 

Understanding of compensation terminology, key metrics, structure modeling, and other challenges facing large (50k+employee) international organizations 

Experience with Excel 

Expert in Tableau or similar technology.

Experience working with data from a SQL database 

Python experience a plus 

Strong ability to multi-task while working on several projects simultaneously 

Bias for action and experience making things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environment
