JOB TITLE: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Product Analytics
We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to help facilitate the growth and success of current and future PI products through data. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with members of our product organization to define and develop KPIs and deliver analytics to help measure product adoption, engagement, user retention, and growth. Output and analyses will directly inform our product leadership team’s strategy & roadmap as we transition towards Product Led Growth. The ideal candidate will be confident delivering the information obtained by analyzing data and developing rich datasets and dashboards in our BI reporting tool DOMO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with leaders at all levels of the product organization to understand their objectives and KPIs required to support them & define metrics to evaluate the progress of our PLG efforts. Provide data solutions to deepen our understanding of product performance and user behavior.
- Generate dashboards and cards within Domo that track OKRs and KPIs across our product organization.
- Utilize Domo to create data sets that aggregate data from different sources with the goal of creating a full picture of the health and engagement of our client base.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis of key trends and themes that impact the growth & success of our user base.
- Examine existing processes and make recommendations to better enhance PI’s data structure, hygiene, and health across multiple systems.
- Partner with our team of BI Analysts and Data Engineers to create a unified and integrated view of our organization’s data that is aligned with our objectives and goals.
- Define and evolve cohort classification and assess how well lead generation, user sign-ups, product releases, onboarding programs, and other initiatives are impacting cohorts over time.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6-8 years experience working as an Analyst or comparative role where data was used to facilitate business decisions. Prior experience in product analytics is a plus or at a Product Led SaaS company.
- Comfortable working with data sets, data transformation, and building data visualization within Business Intelligence platforms like Wave, Tableau, Domo or Excel.
- Comfortable presenting data visually that is informative, insightful, and easy to understand.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is proactive and able to prioritize multiple projects involving various end-users by meeting deadlines and proactively communicating status updates.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, from end-users to Senior Management
