We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to organize and build the analytics function of Bokun, our saas platform. You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights and drive the analytics roadmap. A core responsibility will be working with product and engineering teams to support and build a data first culture across the organization.
In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. Product Analytics will form a core part of this role, so experience in this area will be beneficial. The ability to communicate effectively is essential. If you also have solid industry experience, we’d like to meet you.

What You Will Do:

• Support senior management & strategic decision making using data
• Work closely with senior management to leverage data to support business decisions
• Create and manage management dashboards to track KPIs in different areas of the business

• Own and drive the product analytics roadmap
• Proactively mine data to gain deeper understanding into various areas of the business and discover insights which could help unveil untapped opportunities
• Be the primary “go-to” team for product and business analytics for Bokun team if they have data needs / require training to understand how to access the data that they need.
• Identify opportunities to increase data access efficiency and enable a “self-serve”. Ensure that all teams have a basic and consistent level of understanding as to how to access data.
• Enhance the value of Analytics team in adhoc requests, leveraging in-depth knowledge of tracking, data sources and statistics combined with a fair amount of business empathy.
• Work with Bokun Product & Engineering team to bridge business needs and engineering requirements
• Define, project manage and test any analytics projects.
• Ensure data quality and consistency.
• Help identify product initiatives to drive OKRs
• Build a data first culture across the Bokun team
• Help to build the analytics team
What We Seek:

• BS/BA required, technical background preferred (engineering, computer science preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in online environment in a data-centric role
• Experience using Big Data to draw business insight
• Deep understanding of web tracking techniques, metrics and tools
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative background required (SQL required)
• Ability to present and communicate data to senior management
• Adaptability and flexibility -- ability to move fast with limited information
• Experience building and managing high-performance teams
