The Role As a Sales/Marketing Analyst, you will lead cross functional activities which inform both strategy and operational processes throughout the company. Successful candidates will develop operational plans through a combination of deep analysis and business context and then implement actions to drive the business.Responsibilities This is an amazing opportunity for someone with strong analytical and problem solving skills who would like to play a key role in a high growth, innovative healthcare company. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Drive change in the company’s business processes that show tangible improvements in the company’s performance
  • Provide actionable intelligence on business operations to company leadership on a recurring basis
  • Business owner for key operational systems (CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
  • Enable sales team on operational process

Required ExperienceThis person will have excellent analytical abilities, a demonstrated ability to apply analytics to solve business problems and identify opportunities, and a strong understanding of business operations and process development. Specific qualifications are:

  • 2-5 Years of experience as a Consultant or Analyst (Preferably in Business or Technology company)
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must
  • Strong communication skills, able to provide clear views of business challenges and opportunities, solutions and results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong Analytical Capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience with Marketing Automation systems is preferred
