The Reporting Analyst will join the Customer Insights team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company. This role reports to the Reporting Team Lead, Customer Insights, and will involve data analysis and building analytical dashboards within a highly collaborative team environment.

What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
· Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and support the Customer Insights team’s reporting tools (Vista and Bindery)
In 6 months
· Collaborate with the Customer Insights team in designing, publishing, and maintaining analytics dashboards
In 12 months
· Independently build compelling analytics dashboards and present to Arcadia customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learning population health and developing transferable skills in both analyzing and presenting data
- Creating value for Arcadia’s customers through dashboard building and deep-dive analysis
- Preparing, analyzing, and visualizing tens of millions of records of healthcare data,
- Supporting our customers’ success in value-based care as well as internal Arcadia teams
- Balancing and delivering on multiple B.I. reporting projects, primarily through our analytic dashboard product, Arcadia Vista,
- Collaborating with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across Arcadia’s Customer Insights, Data Science, and Product teams.
What You'll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field,
- Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL,
- Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI,
- Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for communicating data through clear and compelling visual design,
- Experience with the AWS platform and writing Athena queries,
- Experience visualizing data with JavaScript, CSS, D3, HTML5, and/or GGPLOT,
- Advanced SQL skills or familiarity with other languages such as Python or R,
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence,
- Experience using statistical modelling and/or machine learning,
- Experience analyzing healthcare data.
