The role of People Strategy and Analytics Associate will be detail-oriented, analytical, curious strategic role with a focus on people. You’re a problem-solver who leverages both qualitative and quantitative approaches to answer tough questions. Overall, you wonder “why?” and “what’s next?” and seek out solutions.
Responsibilities:
Be a thought partner to the Director of Talent Strategy and provide leverage on action-oriented strategic analyses
* Drive strategic data analyses aligned with key People team priorities such as diversity and inclusion, culture, and recruiting analytics
Build the People team’s reputation as a data-driven high performance team via dashboards / reporting
* Design and operationalize people analytics dashboards and reports to improve recruiting and people transparency, as well as performance for CEO, People leadership, and department heads
Partner with People leadership team to prepare critical analyses and materials for the CEO, Board, and Compensation Committee
* Contribute thought leadership and partnership on People-related business intelligence methods and tools

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, related field or equivalent practical experience
* 2-3 years’ experience in management consulting or business strategy with work experience as an analyst or in an analytical role
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
