The Menu Team is responsible for the first impression that both our catering partners & customers see when they look at our site.

A Menu Quality Specialist is on the frontlines of quality control for ezCater’s Partner Operations department. The quality specialist works to review & improve all new menus & menu updates on the ezCater platform, ensuring that all menus balance ezCater’s standards & style and our catering partners’ brands with accuracy & functionality in mind. This position requires efficiently managing the editing process in daily Menu Team workflow, gathering & interpreting data to drive development for the team, and relaying recommendations and feedback to enhance processes --all while keeping the success of our partners at the core.

As a Menu Quality Specialist, you’d be responsible for:

• Reviewing and providing constructive feedback to a team of ezCater menu specialists.
• Gathering & sorting data and trends to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing & presenting re-trainings as needed to for individual and team-wide progress.
• Owning editing and enhancements to drive the success of our catering partners through our menus.

• Experience with editing work and providing feedback to peers.
• A passion for learning: we have a whole database of knowledge and standards and we want you to become an expert and a resource for the Menu Team.
