We do that by helping people tell magical stories and creating the most intricate paper art in the world. We are looking to hire an Inventory Analyst to ensure that our global inventory levels meet customer demands and our facility in Vietnam is producing the most relevant cards.

What you'll do here:

• Analyze current Lovepop stock levels to identify potential shortages or excesses of assets and determine the appropriate replenishment action
• Leverage historical and forecasted demand patterns to make recommendations on stock level changes
• Communicate with Marketing, Retail and Wholesale teams to understand supply needs and develop action plans based on those needs
• Work with production and distribution facilities to organize and expedite purchase orders as needed
• Review and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate and manage all required physical inventory counts
• Make recommendations for process, system and procedure changes to improve our forecasting, demand planning and overall supply chain efficiency

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant inventory management experience
• Working knowledge of various OMS (order management systems) and ERP products
• Passion for number crunching and process optimization
• Experience working with finished inventory for a consumer goods company
• Willingness and ability to put in extra hours on nights and weekends as needed

• Experience working with multiple distribution centers across the globe
