AdmitHub is seeking a highly motivated Head of Behavioral Science/Research who enjoys working in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment. This position will primarily create a research infrastructure to plan & execute initiatives that drive our core business forward,  help identify new business opportunities as well as connect top-tier researchers and AdmitHub’s partners to facilitate a variety of research projects for the company.  In addition, this role will be instrumental in driving how we increasingly leverage behavioral science to drive the vision and success of our company and products. Reporting to our Head of Product and Analytics, this individual will come into a role where they can combine their passion for research and education with their skills in project management and communication.

We are looking for an individual who has hands-on experience with behavioral science, organizational science/psychology, and research - including the ability to do statistical analysis and presentation(s) to stakeholders of their experimental findings.

We bring the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to higher education through an engagement and insights platform that guides students to and through college primarily via text-message communication. We help students find the answers they need, wherever they are, whenever they need it--and offer colleges a way to give one-on-one support to vast numbers of students.

We are committed to helping colleges operate more effectively and helping their students succeed on the path to and through college. We also believe in rigorous independent research of our products, especially with respect to at-risk students. (See the results of an RCT on our work with Georgia State University here). All told we have run nine RCTs with three more publications coming in 2020.

We have begun the work of developing research partnerships with Lindsay Page, CommonApp, THECB, Harvard Wiener Center, and others and since our inception have received over $3m in grant backed funding to further our work.

At AdmitHub, you will be working in a cutting edge space on new and exciting problems, driving large scale social impact, help solve unique scalability challenges and be part of an exciting stage of a high-growth company.
