The Field Data Solutions team is responsible for capturing ground-truth data directly from agricultural lands and finding use cases for this data. This data can come from drones, sensors, soil samples, telematics on farm machinery, growers & agronomists, and many other sources. This role will focus on managing the list of attributes we support and how those are created across field sources.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a method for cataloging the full list of field attributes supported and establish a roadmap for future needs to support internal and external use cases
• Form partnerships with all data users to capture the voice of the customer and understand how their needs can best be served by field data & determine when their needs require new fields
• Create visually compelling slides in PowerPoint to communicate how field data is evolving and key strategies for our team
• Participate in developing innovative new products and businesses from field data\
• Serve as a working committee member for the Field Data Solutions steering committee, bringing recommendations and findings for approval

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years work experience, ideally working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Undergrad degree in business, math, engineering, science, or related field preferred; or relevant work experience to demonstrate similar analysis skills
• Strong SQL skills
