Your role in our mission

We're looking for an ambitious Customer Operations Analyst to help drive the continued growth of our operation in the US. The role will be based out of Boston, MA, but will cover our national operation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you’ll learn our products inside out and build relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, Third Party Vendors and our Customers to identify needs, design solutions, and implement operational processes.This is an exceptional opportunity to play a significant operational role at a high growth US fintech business.

The essentials

  • You are highly motivated, a self starter with a passion for growing a fast-moving startup.
  • You have experience in operational and risk management processes and implementations.
  • You have excellent analytical skills (MI/Reporting).
  • You are a creative thinker and use it to resolve typical obstacles that face a business as they build something new. 
  • You have a logical approach to problem-solving, and an appetite to reach the first best solution. 
  • You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

What you'll do

  • Aid in implementation and development of robust, efficient and innovative operational functions.
  • Ensure our corporate clients and their employees receive excellent customer service.
  • Execute regular information and payment flow processes. 
  • Develop and deliver operational metrics and information.
  • Conduct operational assurance activities to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Corporate Client Operations

  • Support the client implementations team in the technical aspects of sales and the on-boarding of corporate clients. 
  • Perform monthly operations processes, including payroll interfaces and client payments.
  • Client relationship management delivering an efficient and frictionless experience.

Customer (Employee) Operations

  • Provide operational support to help facilitate loan origination process including loans admin, bank account validation, background checks and fraud prevention activities. 
  • Help drive best in class customer service. 

Financial Operations

  • You will be responsible for loan disbursements, loan repayments and reconciliation of cash.
  • Process information received from clients and borrowers and ensure it is properly completed, recorded and actioned. 
  • Responsible for operational risk assessment and mitigation.
