We’re building a world-class operations team to help us scale, while providing the best possible customer experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Experience Analyst who will help us develop products, strategies and techniques to better serve our customers.

What you'll work on

  • Identify key metrics and build executive-facing dashboards to track the progress of Circle’s CX initiatives
  • Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and opportunities by researching, designing & executing experiments
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs and translate them into product and process recommendations
  • Work with cross functional teams including Product, CX and Risk across the US, Europe and APAC
  • Help configure and maintain workflows, ensuring that team workflows are effective & efficient
  • Continuously identifying areas for improvement and implement changes when needed
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business drivers

What you'll bring to Circle

  • A strong interest in cryptocurrencies, investment, consumer products and fintech in general
  • BS/BA in Technical Field, Computer Science or Mathematics
  • Proven track record of being able to work independently
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points

  • 1-2 years experience using analytics to drive key business decisions
  • Experience with Zendesk and GoodData
  • Experience with at least 1 scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
