This role will provide functional support within the Business Operations team, working primarily with the Sage ERP platform and supporting stakeholders in a Supply Chain business function. Major activities include collaborating with business partners to identify and prioritize areas for opportunity, gathering, analyzing and refining requirements, determining options for solution design, delivering enhancements, and contributing to technology-driven projects and initiatives.This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly agile environment and to gain experience across multiple functions of a global Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their current and future state strategy, needs and requirements from a global perspective
  • Proactively offer actionable ideas and potential business process improvements in pursuit of driving efficiencies and meeting business needs
  • Develop and document functional and technical aspects for integrations to the Sage ERP platform
  • Design, implement, execute and document system configurations within Sage

In this role you will:

  • Work with sales and our supply base to manage production planning, material forecasting and buying to maintain business continuity
  • Team up with sales and finance to manage customer orders and shipments
  • Generate reports and analyze data that will allow our team to track performance, identify issues, and monitor improvement
  • Work with our freight forwarders to move systems, materials and spare parts around the world efficiently
  • Work with our global network of fulfillment centers to manage inventory levels
  • Drive supply chain improvements through inventory stocking programs, lead time reduction, and cost reduction initiatives

What we look for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations or supply chain related role
  • A bachelor or a master degree 
  • A strong sense of initiative, and can be resilient outside their comfort zone as he/she take on new tasks
  • An analytical mind that can look at a problem logically and surface with concrete answers and solutions
  • Prior experience in a Supply Chain planning role and/or with warehousing and freight forwarding
  • Excitement about the challenge and energy of a start-up atmosphere
  • Can learn quickly and share knowledge across the team
  • Have high energy and can effectively manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities
