We are searching for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Follain family, to empower better decision-making through data. Our ideal candidate has a strong quant background, a desire to make a meaningful impact on the business, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to translate business data into digestible information. The ideal candidate will see their role as pivotal to the success of big initiatives, and will take charge of each project to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with internal business stakeholders across all parts of the org, including Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Experience, to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth
  • Proactively identify business trends in customer behavior or site experience, and surface these learnings to stakeholders
  • Communicate key insights and findings to cross-functional teams
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes, and abide by those requirements for future projects
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of associated work experience in a quant-focused role
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong experience in user testing and project management
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, early stage, high growth organization
  • People-oriented and energetic
  • Creative and innovative problem solver
