Bullhorn is looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Information Systems team.
Why this job is important:
- Improve the efficiency and capabilities of Bullhorn employees
- Improve on workflows, and software usage to increase productivity
- Solution and Design key requests to optimize the most use
A typical day might include:
- Documenting existing database schema and highlight risks and dependencies
- Auditing non-production environments, verifying they are up to date and are usable
- Gathering & document requirements, understanding the end goal is consumption of these requirements by the BI and data warehouse team(s)
- Providing advice and technical training or assistance as needed
- Keeping ahead of tech trends and developments
- Providing recommendations of database changes to support a company-wide data strategy, and data literacy documentation
- Collaborating with BA team members to identify and fix high priority issues.
