As part of the core Business Intelligence team, the Business Intelligence Analyst will have immediate impact as the liaison for all cross-functional data reporting projects. This role will be hands-on, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to gather BI reporting requirements for company needs, building data models, and creating visualizations to tell a story.

Responsibilities:

• Be comfortable with working in an agile development environment and be comfortable with using GIT
• Have a reasonable grasp on the data resources available within the UDP and the tool landscape at IndigoAG
• Contribute to onboarding new analysts and providing guidance and recommendations to the onboarding program
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate their reporting needs into requirements documentation
• Take ownership of the analyst onboarding program and its continued development

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience data modeling, BI dashboard design, or analytics experience
• Experience onboarding internal/external customers and developing a curriculum or onboarding program

  • Organizing necessary stakeholders
• Experience working on cross functional projects
  • History of working with senior leadership
  • History of working with engineering or technical teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Broad industry experience preferred
