Who you are
You have a proven track of success and over 4 years of experience working as an IT Engineer. You have a deep understanding of identity and access management solutions such as Okta and asset management tools such as Jamf. You are skilled in IT strategy and can clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Curious and technically skilled, you’re an expert at working with cross-functional teams and can thrive in ambiguity.
We’d be super impressed if you also have a background in Corporate IT and security!
What You’ll Do
As an IT Engineer at Stavvy, you will play an integral part in helping us achieve operational excellence. Reporting to the VP of Trust and Security, you will partner in the development of and own the execution on a maturity roadmap for Corporate IT to ensure scalable solutions that empower our high growth startup. You’ll tackle complex software and hardware-related issues while maintaining responsibility for the deployment and troubleshooting of all of our IT systems. You’ll manage IT assets that enable the organization to function effectively and design scalable solutions to better manage business needs, most notably Okta and Jamf. Working alongside the People team, you’ll also assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees. As part of the Trust & Security team here at Stavvy, you’ll be responsible for helping to create and set the gold standard for IT Security and compliance across our systems and software.
In this role you will:
- Manage Okta & Jamf and their various integrations
- Manage Corporate IT assets that enable the organization to function effectively
- Identify and design scalable solutions to better manage business needs
- Onboard and off-board employees
- Handle troubleshooting and other technical issues as they arise
Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office when the new location opens to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
