The Opportunity
The Corporate Security team, part of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management organization, is comprised of highly skilled, collaborative, and motivated people who create an overall great employee experience. Under general manager direction, the Corporate Security team is looking for a talented, organized, high-energy, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a creative and ever-changing environment. This team member will provide support to MassMutual's employees, clients, vendors, and business units and proactively provide solutions to solve issues, determines best practices, and suggest process improvements to current practices. Moreover, the role will help to maintain an engaging environment by assisting with planning, collaborating, coordination, and helping with management of activities as it relates to the responsibilities of the Business Services Administrator position.
The Impact:
Your day to day would include and is not limited to:
Serve as a liaison for multiple business units to fulfill requests related to facility needs, building access, office tour-requests, and other ad-hoc office-related needs
Coordinate communications to the campus as needed to maintain stakeholders informed with regards to transportation services, building news, local area updates, and in-office tours
Provide daily support to security personnel to include badging, staffing, event awareness, and equipment inspections
Manage and validate necessary office-related invoices in Ariba for approval and payment
Collaborate with Human Resources to support candidate-visits and new employee onboarding experience, through providing tours, coordinating interview and meeting room space, and welcoming candidates and new hires to the office.
Partner with peers to create and build upon business processes related to Standard Operating Procedures and advise on improvements as needed
The Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of related administration experience
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Ariba, Concur or related technologies
Expert organizational and time management skills
Experience with employee engagement and invoice management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using verbal and written methods to all levels of an organization
Can-do, positive attitude and comfortable working with senior, executive and external stakeholders
Team Player / Relationship Building: Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills; able to relate to and build strong relationships with diverse internal and external audiences/constituencies; leverages the ability to deliver effectively
Innovation: Continually looks within and beyond their job, anticipating business needs and opportunities
