The Senior Product Content Professional develops a product launch strategy and content that support product and market strategy through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Product Content Professional work assignments involve recommending product launch activities and strategies based on best known approaches, creating a project plan to manage launch activities, developing content to support internal and external communications, and leading key launch initiatives to deliver new and enhanced products to the markets. This role will support the Group business that is part of the Group, Military and Specialty segment.
This work will be done while ensuring we are delivering the product experience our customers and consumers desire. This role will be in the Product Launch & Experience team that supports the Group business that is part of the Group, Military and Specialty segment.
The Senior Product Content Professional will lead all launch activities, support the Sales team with training, content and inquiries specific to the products they are aligned, and influence product’s strategy in the tools, resources and content used by the Group segment to grow and retain customers. In this role, the successful candidate will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding Humana’s product content for internal and external stakeholders and latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Project Management or Product Management or Program Management experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others to achieve goals
- Strong relationship building skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Project Management or Product Management experience in a fast paced insurance or healthcare setting
- Proficient ADOBE InDesign and ADOBE Acrobat
