Who you are

You have a strong knowledge of cannabis and complementary products to provide industry expertise to our catalogue. You have spent time in a similar portal linking and integrating products, are comfortable improving descriptions and imagery, and uncovering and advocating for catalogue improvements to drive optimal consumer shopping experiences. You managed a site closely to ensure the shopping experience is aligned with what a consumer would expect from an optimal in-store experience.

You have a customer first mentality. You have improved catalogues that require optimization to scale and have uncovered complexities given the various SKUs and innovation in the cannabis space. You are someone who uses sound judgement in advising how to categorize a product, what imagery to use, and what information should be included in a PDP to evoke consumer confidence. You have a strategic mindset with e-comm experience and how we can satisfy the purchasing criteria consumers have within the Lantern site.

What the role is

This role is necessary for Lantern as we are onboard more retailers and grow our catalogue. We will need to ensure that all new products on the site have the details consumers need to make informed purchasing actions. This will require having someone dedicated to this role, focused on leveraging their cannabis experience to provide perspective on how best to link and categorize products.

In this role you will:

  • Strengthen our product data and catalogue on Lanternnow.com
  • Grow, and manage the retail inventory feeds, obtaining product information including product names, descriptions, and imagery
  • Perform quality assurance processes on our online product catalog
  •  Transform and supplement general product data for adding new products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors

The Other Stuff:

  • Competitive salary
  • One-on-one professional coaching with an external expert
  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 401(K) Plan
  • Added perks

You do you.
