Dynamic, cross functional position in sales support in a leading healthcare software company. Individual needs to understand technical and functional aspects of cloud solutions. Have strong writing and editing skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of subject matter experts in the completion of complex documents. Highly desired background in content management of response library.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Write customized and strategic responses to proposals and questionnaires tailored to the target audience
  • Proofread and edit materials submitted by authors to ensure document quality and compliance
  • Manage, create, and edit content library with strong content used in completion of customer documentation
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other departments for appropriate language and review of responses
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; & transmitting proposals
  • Produce quality results by using templates; and following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
  • Coordinate various projects to meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines


Required Experience:

  • Able to manage a high volume of deadline-driven work with confidence, calm, and competency
  • Strong communication skills - previous experience with customer interaction
  • Demonstrated success in communicating persuasively and effectively in written formats
  • Acute attention to detail and impeccable proofreading/editing skills
  • Requires flexibility with scheduling and hours relative to workload supporting global operations
  • Developed competencies in Microsoft Office products and content management software
  • Solid interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a team and make suggestions for team improvement


Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in content management, proposal management, sales support, or technical writing
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
