Content Manager, Membership Services

WHOOP is seeking a Membership Services Content Manager to lead and assist in providing a world-class experience to our internal base of Membership Services Representatives. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic leader who will be responsible for all aspects of WHOOP's internal content, including development, design, production, presentation, evaluation, and analysis. Using data and feedback from users, you'll continually evaluate and enhance the value of our internal Knowledge Base materials. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for defining and disseminating content and you will be responsible for partnering with additional teams to provide support and manage internal WHOOP content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our talented team of Content Specialists
- Exhibit excellent proofreading and editing skills, and have a passion for creating engaging and relevant content
- Assist in content creation with varying tone and showing the ability to translate technical WHOOP jargon into digestible material
- Prioritize and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously; sometimes under pressure and often under tight deadlines
- Build strong relationships across departments and gain understanding of Membership Services Representatives’ needs, the member experience, and operational capabilities
- Facilitate the production of a professional, organized, and enthusiastic content team
- Think outside the box, embrace and drive change
- Influence our internal content deployment & communication strategy while working with leaders at all levels
- Identify gaps in current content network and work with teams to build appropriate and engaging content for our members and frontline agents
- Rollout clear governance frameworks and processes to ensure content management is smooth and efficient, with clear documentation
- Set the standard for process design and content review and creation, establishing clear quality guidelines for content delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism or communications preferred
- Strong writing skills and a proven track record for meeting multiple deadlines
- Proven ability to manage & develop direct reports
- Great people skills with an emphasis on coaching and communication strategy
- Demonstrated leadership skills - at least 3 years of management experience preferred
