Description & Responsibilities… 
The Content Strategist will assist in planning and execution of the digital strategy for Honeycommb communities. Your job is focused on promoting engagement and growth in each community. Community Management, Creative Strategy, Content Management and Creation are collectively your day-to-day responsibility. You’ll work closely with teams internally and externally to ensure that each community blossoms under your watch.

Skills & Knowledge … 
- Outstanding administrative and organization skills; detail-oriented with ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple projects. 
- Deadline Oriented Mindset; the ability to create realistic deadlines and manage tasks to meet deadlines set forth by yourself and other members of the team 
- Exhibit strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability for your projects and the end product 
- Excellent interpersonal skills; embodies a positive attitude and is able to build relationships with all stakeholders 
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, agile, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment 
- Comfortable presenting in front of senior leaders and audiences. 
- Experience running social advertising campaigns and managing a content calendar on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

You Have… 
- Undergraduate four-year degree in marketing, integrated marketing, sports marketing, communications or related. 
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in digital and/or social media marketing 
- Strong familiarity with Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms 
- Moderate experience using the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or Final Cut. (preferred but not required) 
- Experience using web and social media listening + managing tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Spredfast,, Radian 6, Hootsuite, etc… 
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor 
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
