The Role
Toast is looking for a Channel Sales Operations Representative to play an integral role in scaling Toast’s Partner Sales program. You will join a dynamic, rapidly growing Sales Operations team as the “go-to” person for the Partner Sales program, providing support and enabling the team to close new business efficiently and effectively. We are a collaborative group that takes our work seriously and has fun doing it.

Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the Channel sales process and work closely with our Channel Sales Managers in Boston HQ and our Channel partners out in the field
- Serve as point person for our Channel partners throughout the sales process, coordinating efforts across HQ to support the program
- Increase Channel program productivity by enabling our Sales Managers to close new business more efficiently and effectively
- Lead efforts to build a data driven program with robust reporting and metrics
- Maintain deal and data integrity in existing deals and new business
- Constantly strive to improve the existing sales process by focusing on automation, system improvements, and more
Qualifications
- We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- BS/BA with 0-2 years of experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confidence prioritizing and making time sensitive decisions in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management and sense of urgency
- Relentless problem-solver
- Salesforce or other CRM experience, as well as excel, are preferred but not required
