BDR Sales Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to assist our quickly growing Business Development team with hiring, on-boarding and training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enablement and sales training for entry level hires as it relates to the Toast POS product training. In parallel you will help them grow and develop into world class talent as they take their first steps into the sales world. Finally, you should come in ready to collaborate with the existing management team on best strategies developing BDR talent.
To bring success to this role you will have:
- Experience working with sales and marketing executives and departments
- Experience scaling a BDR team including a demonstrated ability to shorten ramp period while increasing headcount and revenue results per month
- Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding and Ramping the best and brightest talent
- Develop a playbook for development of talent including certification process for BDRs
- Strong process and results focus
- Experience in a Sales Enablement, or Training role in the past
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Strong presentation and content-development skills
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a Outbound BDR Role
- 3-4 years in a BDR management and/or Sales Management Role
- Restaurant Experience Preferred
- B2B Inside Sales Experience Preferred
