Program Structure: A Path for Immediate Impact & Long-Term Growth

As Senior Manager working on Strategy & Operations, you will work directly with executive leaders in four different functional areas over the course of two years, preparing you for an accelerated path to HubSpot leadership. Upon successful completion of the program, you will become a Director within the company, matching your interests and skills to the needs of the organization.

What will you work on? Your assignment will require a deep understanding of the inner workings of HubSpot and the ability to quickly solve complex problems independently. Specific assignments will be matched based on business need at the time of each rotation, as well as what you're passionate about learning next. These assignments are vetted by HubSpot’s COO and CPO (Chief People Officer) to ensure they will help move the needle for the company, while at the same time continuing to round-out your development as a future leader at HubSpot. Areas where accelerated leadership program senior managers in strategy & operations have had an impact in the past include:

• International Strategy and Operations
• Product Management
• M&A and Business Development
• Sales Strategy & Operations
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Services (HubSpot’s retention, consulting, onboarding and support models)
• Marketing

Beyond working on impactful projects within your rotations, participation in the Accelerated Leadership Program also includes:

• Monthly meetings with HubSpot’s COO to discuss executive strategy, debate HubSpot’s growth path, and solicit his feedback and insights on the projects you’re working on
• Access to the executive leadership team
• Opportunities to work on high-visibility projects and programs outside of your rotation
• Executive mentorship and coaching
• Active participation in finding the next generation of ALP senior managers-- recruiting, interviewing, and hiring full-time and intern MBAs
