Provides first-line customer support through approximately 80 daily calls, chats, and emails; accurately processes orders in SAP; resolves billing, payment, returns, and account issues; supports online platforms and marketing programs; educates customers on products and services; uses upselling techniques; documents interactions; and collaborates with internal teams while meeting service and compliance standards.

Provides technical support for veterinary diagnostic connectivity, point-of-care blood analyzers, information systems, and integration issues. Troubleshoots customer problems, documents calls, manages product returns and replacement orders, develops fault-isolation procedures, and trains customers and internal teams. Supports veterinary practices, laboratories, and academic settings while coordinating with engineering, quality, repair, product management, sales, and customer service teams. Some travel and occasional physical activity are required.

Supports livestock marketing and communications initiatives through advertising and promotional development, digital marketing enhancements, social media analysis, KPI reporting, convention and event coordination, media relations, market research, and tactical rollout recommendations. The intern collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, digital, market research, public relations, and agency teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
