Administer, configure, secure, and optimize the HRIS platform while maintaining data integrity and supporting HR processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics; manage releases, testing, enhancements, documentation, vendors, and end-user support. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to translate business needs into system solutions. Lead HRIS projects, improve processes, and support compliance across a global workforce.

Manages accounts receivable processing, reconciliations, payment research, collections, refunds, monthly close, journal entries, billing, renewals, audits, and reporting. Resolves member and stakeholder inquiries, supports financial controls, partners with Finance and IT on system issues, and improves AR processes and workflows. Requires strong accounting, analytical, systems, communication, and organizational skills.
