The role manages donor engagement projects, cultivates $1,000+ donors, maintains development systems, supports corporate sponsorships, and uses performance data to guide portfolio and campaign decisions.

Provides consulting, coaching, research, and operational analysis to public child welfare agencies. Leads practice-improvement projects across multiple sites, develops policies and resources, analyzes performance data, identifies improvement opportunities, coordinates stakeholders, and presents recommendations to agency and organizational leaders. Builds relationships with child welfare professionals and supports system-level improvements benefiting children and families.
