Manage integrations and provide problem-solving support in the video game industry. Ensure effective communication and prioritize client needs while handling a significant workload.

Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate, commercial, fintech, crypto, and securities matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements; support M&A and regulatory compliance; advise on digital asset offerings and securities implications; monitor SEC/CFTC/FinCEN developments; develop policies and training; represent the company in legal proceedings and regulatory inquiries; and mentor junior legal team members.

Lead product delivery for new verticals, manage page auto-generation, define KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship products efficiently.

Lead rollout, administration, and compliance of Xsolla's complementary compensation plan. Ensure regulatory compliance (SEC and global), conduct audits, update policies, train stakeholders, support due diligence, and partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations.
